There are many occasions when we pray to God in petition for what we need and or what we think we need. Today, Let us pray to God without a petition but a heart of gratitude.
Lord,
I first want to say thank you for being the God of my life. Thank you for loving, keeping, and for being the faithful God that you are. Lord, I fail, I doubt, I get weary, and yet and still you LOVE ME!! Lord you are so great and greatly to be praised. Thank you for allowing me to love you and to be called your child. Lord, I am truly grateful and blessed beyond measure to live the life you allow me to live. I didn't think I would live to see yesterday and here I am breathing today. Lord, in my spirit of gratitude, I ask for forgiveness. Lord, forgive me of my sins. Lord blot out my iniquities. I desire to make better choices so that I can love and represent you right. Thank you for loving me beyond my flaws, failures, and disobedience. Again, God you are great and greatly to be praised.
